Commercially Licensed Data
Our reports draw on private market databases — Casafari AVM, official Italian transaction records, and official cadastral records from the Agenzia delle Entrate — that are simply not accessible to the public or to generic AI tools. We pull the property classification, rendita catastale and registered owners directly from the Italian cadastral register (Catasto), so you can check them against the seller before you sign — legal title is then confirmed by the notaio.
